Chopar Terms of Service
Updated: 2026-07-15
These terms describe the rules for using the Chopar / Start Delivery platform, including the admin panel, the courier app, the customer web interface, the Telegram bot, and the backend services.
What the service is for
Chopar is built for delivery management: creating orders, assigning couriers, warehouse and transit processes, delivery statuses, notifications, payment records, and operational oversight.
Staff access
The courier mobile app offers no public self-registration.
Courier and staff accounts are created or issued by the company through internal administrative processes.
Users must keep their account access secure and must not share it with third parties.
Permitted use
The platform may be used only for lawful work and delivery operations.
Bypassing role restrictions, interfering with the API, or falsifying order statuses, coordinates, delivery evidence, or payment data is prohibited.
Data and privacy
Data handling is described in Chopar’s public privacy policy.
The platform may process order, customer, staff, and courier data, location while the courier app is in use, media evidence, push tokens, and operational logs.
Courier workflows
Couriers must carry out order actions correctly: acceptance, pickup, arrival, warehouse handover, start of delivery, delivery, return, or exception.
Photo, audio, QR scanning, Bluetooth printing, and location are used only within delivery workflows.
Payments, cash, and accounting
Payment, deposit, cash, and financial data are used for operational accounting and reconciliation.
Errors in financial data must be reported to the responsible manager or administrator.
Service availability
Chopar aims to keep the service running reliably, but individual features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, devices, integrations, or force majeure.
The courier app may store actions offline temporarily and sync them once connectivity returns.
Changes to these terms
Chopar may update these terms as the product evolves and in response to legal requirements, Google Play policy, or internal operational processes.
